A minimum four years current real-world experience supporting Microsoft Windows servers and desktops in diverse network environments. You should have broad experience supporting an entire network from network drops to firewall interfaces. You will be responsible for efficiently managing all aspects of client/user requests from initial contact to final resolution. You must be able to demonstrate excellent troubleshooting techniques & communication skills. This means you have the ability explain technology in a non-technical manner to business professionals without boring them or intimidating them. You can also recognize opportunities to help our clients be more productive with technology and make the appropriate recommendation without being a pushy sales person.
